In tanks on fine lees for 6 months.

Clear and brilliant colour, pale yellow with green to colourless highlights.
The nose is immediately catchy, combining citrus and yellow fruits.
The palate is frivolous, airy and greedy at first, before giving way to unequalled purity and frankness. The aromatic return gains in complexity on notes of apricot and roasted pineapple.
Serve chilled between 4 and 8 °C. This wine is perfect as an aperitif, with spicy dishes or with blue-veined cheeses.
